“Late to bed, late to rise, GIVES A PERSON LAVISH LIFE”. by Pooja Agrawal.
She is one of my oldest friends. Basically we are presently following the same philosophy. Late night chatting and watching movies has become a part of our daily routine. Nowadays, we have drastically shuffled our routine wrongly. We sleep around 2’o clock in night and get up at 8:45am in morning. We waste the sunlight and exploit the electrical energy.
A slight change in our daily routine may help us in saving enormous amount of energy; we need to shift our timings. If I sleep at 2:00am and wake up at 9:00am, I risk my attendance, breakfast, study, health and so on, and I get a nap of 7 hours and nothing else. Moreover, I leave the sunlight unused in the morning and waste the electricity in night.
If I sleep at 11:00pm and after a nap of 7 hours, I get up at 6:00am I will be able to save the electrical energy, I won’t risk my attendance, breakfast, study and health. So, friends just try it once and conserve energy for the coming future.
